The Exmouth Quay Residents' Association (EQRA) is a non-political organisation concerned with the well-being of the Exmouth Quay Development and its residents. The aims of the Association are (1) to promote and protect the rights, amenities, interests and community benefit among property owners on the estate (2) to keep under review the Exmouth Quay Management Company's arrangements for control and administration of day-to-day responsibilities and (3) to monitor the Management Company's plans for the provision of services for the medium and the longer term. Increasingly, however, the organisation has found itself dealing with the landlord, the local authorities, developers and Exmouth voluntary groups on a wide range of issues associated with the estuary and its surrounds, The Association has an appointed Committee of property owners who act on behalf of the members in these several respects. See Association - further information to learn more about the Residents' Association, including its Constitution.
Exmouth Quay is a very pleasant place to reside in and there is a strong community spirit. Our website is not just about the business of living here but also includes much about our way of life and the people who live on and around the Quay. See Features.
The hard copy publication Quay News is printed quarterly by EQRA.Much of the content of this periodical is included in the Association's website www.eqra.co.uk which includes both current and archival material.
